I can offer individual or small group lessons to suit your schedule booking a studio space, offering a Zoom class or visiting your home or workplace. This is great if you have long working hours, have specific goals or restrictions or are new to yoga.
I support you fully on your yoga journey and am always at the end of a phone or email and follow up our sessions with a tailored plan of poses for you to practice at home.

The best of all worlds - an opportunity to tune in to body and breath, to stretch and release muscular tension in the first part of the class. A deep, guided relaxation will follow to help ease away mental tensions and move you into deep relaxation.

These sessions are energetic and based on the Ashtanga Primary Series but I offer modifications to help suit your level of practice.* These classes will boost your energy and build strength, fitness and flexibility.
