I specialise in working with individuals on a 1:1 basis. Perhaps you are looking to improve your posture, flexibility or strength? Perhaps you would like to alleviate stress or anxiety and look after your mental health? It's often a combination of reasons that bring people to the mat. Yoga is a unique practice that unites the physical and the spiritual, allowing us to journey deep through the body into our selves where our true nature can be found.
I also run sessions for small groups of friends or colleagues to fit in with their busy schedules and these can take place in a studio, online or by regular visits to your home or workplace.
I support you fully on your yoga journey and am always at the end of a phone or email. I follow up sessions with a tailored plan of yoga for you to practice at home.
