I am a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher and have been practising yoga for over 20 years. Like many students, it was initially the physical practice that drew me to yoga. Over the years, yoga has become an integral part of my life and the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice have become an anchor through busy and challenging times. 

I understand that students come to yoga for many reasons and I hope that my classes strike a balance between honouring the traditions and philosophy of yoga whilst allowing students the space to enjoy their practice from wherever they are on their journey. I teach with compassion and sensitivity to the differences in our emotional and physical capabilities and I encourage students to bring self-compassion not just to their practice but perhaps to their lives off

the matt too.

Yoga & Relaxation

11-12 am

The best of all worlds - an opportunity to tune in to body and breath, to stretch and release muscular tension in the first half of the class. In the second half, a long, guided Yoga Nidra will help ease away mental tensions and move you into deep relaxation. 

Mid-week Yoga 

6-7:15 pm

Zoom online class

(£5 suggested donation)

Moving through classical yoga poses, or Asanas, we will flow, stretch, release and

re-energise for the rest of the week. Classes will end with a short relaxation.
