I am a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher and have been practising yoga for over 20 years. I teach in Thame, Oxfordshire, in London and online.

Ashtanga for Everyone

8- 9:15 am

A fast-flowing class based on the traditional Primary Series but adapted to a shorter form to suit our busy lifestyles. I encourage students to take modifications they need to suit their own bodies and abilities.

I will offer alternatives to Shoulderstand and Headstand in this online class.

Weds

Yoga & Relaxation

11-12 am

The best of all worlds - an opportunity to tune in to body and breath, to stretch and release muscular tension in the first half of the class. In the second half, a long, guided Yoga Nidra will help ease away mental tensions and move you into deep relaxation. 

Fri

Yoga & Relaxation

6-7:15pm

Zoom online class

(£5/10 suggested donation)
